Hadama Seshat

From Cajun to Clogging, Polka to the Hokey Pokey, African to sacred circle dance, Hadama never met a dance she didn't love.

An elegant and poised dancer Hadama believes in the power of music to bring people together, to heal to educate and inspire.

Hadama was dancing before she could walk and finally started classical ballet classes at age five. Seven years later she discovered the joy of Belly Dance at the YMCA in Framingham, Ma. With the support of her parents, she went on to take private lessons with Lorraine Finneran, and performed in her high school variety show and at Hadji's Place in Hadley, Ma.

A member of the Crescent Dancers Middle Eastern Dance Troupe since 2002 she has performed at Jacob’s Pillow, Springfield Museum of Fine Arts, and schools and libraries around Massachusetts.

With renowned Jordanian oud player Jamil Nimri
